Shepard Hut
Shepard hut located next to the venue in the woods, can be added to the price of your booking for £200 a night. It is also available for holiday bookings, please enquire for availability.

What will we need to arrange?
Rydals meadow venue allows you to personalise your event by selecting your own suppliers. If you need any help with recommendations we are happy to help.

Things to consider booking are:

  • Portable Toilets - At event site and at campsite
  • Mobile Bar - Often free if drinks are charged for
  • Catering - Such as event caterers or food trucks
  • Music & Sound System - Such as live band and DJ's
  • Stage - If you are having entertainment that requires this
  • Bins & Waste Disposal - Waste must be removed from the venue
  • Fridge for food and drink storage - Often provided by caterers or bars, you may want a cooler trailer.
  • Security - If you are leaving valuable items unattended or overnight you may wish to book security
  • Outdoor Furniture - Picnic benches or seating for guests outside
  • Outdoor Games - Such as croquet and rounders
  • Outdoor Cover - Such as a stretch tent if you would prefer to stay outside even if it rains.
  • Glamping Tents - If not all guests would like to bring their own tent or campervan, companies can set these up onsite.
  • Portable Showers - If guests wish to get ready for the big day on-site
  • Additional Generators - If you require power at the campsite or if you event requires large amounts of electricity. We can advise what our supply can accommodate.
  • Decorations - Such as flowers, table decor, entry tables, gift area, cake area and bunting.
  • Photo Booth - Area inside the marquee where guests can take fun photo's
